Main Responsibilities and Lines of Action

The Team Coordinator holds final responsibility and full accountability for the design, implementation and quality of all consultancy products over a 15-month commitment, assuming the following central functions:

• Strategic Direction and Supervision: Supply methodological and strategic guidance for the consultancy team, ensuring technical coherence in all phases of diagnosis, package design and training.
