Main Activities and Responsibilities
The Commercial Director will be responsible for driving the group's financial growth and market expansion, with the following strategic responsibilities detailed in image_753fdf.jpg:
Corporate Strategy: Design, structure and implement the General Commercial Plan for all brands and companies integrated into the Holding.
Large B2B Prospecting: Actively and incisively lead the prospecting of large business and corporate accounts (Business-to-Business).
Opportunity Mapping: Carry out continuous mapping of competitions public and private companies focused on the Civil Construction area.
Customer Acquisition: Capture and close contracts with partners and large clients to leverage the Human Resources Consulting, Education and Health sectors.
Performance Management: Establish a rigorous leadership culture entirely based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitoring sales and conversion targets recipes.
Candidate Profile and Essential Requirements
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Marketing or Engineering. Having an MBA in Commercial Management or Sales will be considered a strong asset (strong differentiator).
Minimum Experience Required: Proven senior track record of at least 10 years of practical experience in leading sales teams and commercial management.
Language Skills (Eliminatory Factor): Absolute fluency in the English language (both spoken and written), with technical ability to conduct complex international negotiations.
Negotiation Skills: Excellent ability to articulate, interpersonal relationships and close contracts at Management level and Senior Management positions (C-Level).
Additional Knowledge: Previous experience and consolidated knowledge in the Marketing area will be considered an important competitive advantage.
