Main Activities and Responsibilities

The Logistics Assistant will play a multifaceted role, connecting the flow of goods to customer service, with the following duties:

• Conference and Reception: Support the reception of goods from suppliers and drivers, rigorously validating the quantities, expiration dates and the physical state of the products.

• Registration in the System: Carry out the entry and update of product entries and exits in Krolyc's internal stock management system.

• Order Preparation (Picking & Packing): Act in the separation, detailed packaging and dispatch of orders destined for end customers (B2C) and corporate (B2B).

• Inventory and Replenishment Management: Assist in the routine control of physical stock and in the preparation of replenishment orders with official suppliers.

• Fleet Coordination: Coordinate with distribution drivers the exit of orders, ensuring respect for the routes, deadlines and delivery times delivery.

• Route Closing: Check the returned products and check the transport documentation delivered by the drivers at the end of each shift.

• First Line Service: Provide commercial service to companies (B2B) through channels such as WhatsApp Business, email and phone calls.

• Operational Support: Support the team in management of intense workflows during peak demand (marketing campaigns, promotions and festive dates).

Candidate Profile and Required Requirements

• Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of practical experience in logistics, warehouse management, e-commerce, retail or customer service functions client.

• IT Skills: Mastery of Intermediate Excel, Microsoft Word and operation of WhatsApp Business.

• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of the operation of computerized stock management systems (ERP/WMS).

• Skills Behavioral:Excellent verbal and written communication (focus on corporate audiences), resilience to work under pressure, strong team spirit, empathy and cordiality.
