What you will do every day day

As an Attendant, you will be the face of the bank to its customers, ensuring quality service and strict compliance with internal regulations. Your main responsibilities include:

• Loading customers and opening accounts, ensuring complete formalization of processes;

• Performing closing accounts and currency conversion operations;

• Requesting and issuing checks and cards;

• Set up, renew, settle and capture time deposits;

• Perform check clearing and issue bank statements;

• Receive and forward complaints from customers with professionalism;

• Perform cash movement, deposits and withdrawals tasks;

• Check checks from other banks and provide exemplary service.

The profile we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you need to meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent areas, with a minimum grade of 14 out of 14 (proven in the Certificate or Diploma);

• Age up to 27 years (required);

• Excellent oral and written communication, good presentation and computer knowledge from the user's perspective;

• Residence in the location of the vacancy (Niassa) and Mozambican nationality;

• Immediate availability to start.
