What we expect from you

To be successful as a Bar Assistant at Biba's, it is essential that you meet the following requirements:

• Complete high school — basic training completed.

• Ease of communication — you will interact with colleagues and customers, so friendliness and clarity are essential fundamental.

• Working well as a team — bartending is a choreography: everyone knows their role and everyone supports each other.

• Punctuality — arriving on time is a sign of professionalism and respect for the team.

What you will do on a daily basis

As a Bar Assistant, you will be the right-hand man of the bartender and the service team. Your tasks will include:

• Prepare and organize work materials (glasses, utensils, ingredients).

• Support in the preparation of drinks and cocktails, following house standards.

• Keep the counter and work area clean and stocked.

• Respond to customer orders quickly and courteously.

• Collaborate replenishing stock and tidying up the bar at the end of the shift.
