Main Responsibilities and Lines of Action
The selected professional will assume a dynamic role in managing Oraimo's consumer experience, performing the following functions:
Multichannel Service: Provide excellent support to customers through telephone calls (Call Center), WhatsApp messages, emails and interactions on electronic commerce platforms (E-Commerce).
Order and Sales Management: Guide consumers through the online purchasing process, track the status of merchandise deliveries and clarify technical doubts about the brand's accessories.
Problem Resolution: Handle complaints, returns or logistical incidents with flexibility, empathy and focus on customer retention. customer.
Active Listening and Agility: Quickly identify the real needs of the consumer, ensuring accurate responses and reducing waiting time for service.
