What you're going to do

• Active prospecting for new customers (SMEs) via call, WhatsApp and in-person visit

• Qualifying leads and scheduling commercial meetings

• Presenting Milhas's services to potential customers

• Monitoring the sales pipeline and updating internal CRM

• Preparation of commercial proposals with support from team

• Structured follow-up with prospects and customers in the decision process

• Weekly report on commercial activity to the head of the area

The profile we are looking for

• Excellent communication – you know how to listen, ask questions and present ideas clearly

• Commercial spirit and focus on results – you like to overcome goals and celebrate achievements

• Resilience and proactivity – you don’t give up with a “no” and act before being asked

• Mastery of digital tools – you feel comfortable with CRM, social networks and communication platforms

• Passion for marketing and technology – you want to learn and evolve in a company innovative
