Main Responsibilities and Lines of Action

The selected professionals will have the main focus on ensuring regulatory compliance, documentary accuracy and financial control of accounts, assuming the following responsibilities:

• Integrated Process Management: Manage end-to-end operational flows, from the opening of the process (booking) until the definitive closing of the import or export operation.

• Operational Supervision and Compliance: Supervise the team's daily routines efficiently, ensuring strict compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service levels agreed with partners.

• Revenue Protection and Billing: Monitor and audit financial processes to ensure compliance correct invoicing of port and logistics services provided, avoiding financial losses.

• Risk Mitigation and Continuous Improvement: Preventively identify operational risks in the cargo flow, implement improvements in service processes and manage complex escalations efficiently.

• Team and Stakeholder Leadership: Lead, train and develop the technical service team, maintaining fluid coordination with all interested parties (stakeholders) of the logistics chain.

Candidate Profile and Admission Requirements

Practical Experience and Sector Skills:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the Logistics sector or Import/Export.

• Previous practical experience in leading, supervising or coordinating operational teams.

• In-depth knowledge of customs processes, tariff regimes and international transport documentation (such as Bill of Lading, Waybills, customs declarations, etc.).

Technical Skills and Languages:

• Advanced command of the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel). Having familiarity or practical knowledge of the EPMS (Enterprise Port Management System) system will be considered a strong competitive advantage.

• Mandatory fluency in Portuguese and English (oral and written), essential for negotiating with shipping lines and global customers.

• Excellent corporate communication skills, ease of interpersonal relationships and strong aptitude for agile resolution of complex problems under pressure.
