The recruitment and selection process is open for the position of Data Assistant, a key element to join the project's Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team. This professional will have the strategic responsibility of supporting the collection, organization, processing and maintenance of information flows. The main objective of the position is to ensure that all operational data is collected systematically and accurately, serving as a basis for analysis, fiduciary reports and decision making that guide the monitoring of project performance. The position requires establishing residence in the Machaze district.

Main Activities and Responsibilities
The Data Assistant will perform dynamic technical support and field validation functions, assuming the following responsibilities:
Quality Management: Support in the collection, consolidation and thorough verification of the quality of routine data originating from services and activities operational.
Data Insertion: Correctly fill out the collection tools and forms, in addition to inserting and updating information in the project's official databases, with emphasis on the DHIS2 system or other designated software.
Cleaning and Validation: Perform data cleaning processes, detecting inconsistencies or omissions for immediate correction with the teams working in the field.
Technical Report: Prepare basic monitoring reports with consolidated data for direct use by the M&A team and general project management.
Information Security: Support in the organization and adequate physical and digital archiving of documents and forms, ensuring strict compliance with confidentiality standards and protection of sensitive data. beneficiaries.
Training and Supervision: Collaborate in the logistical preparation of training on data management for field staff and participate in supervision activities and direct technical support to Counselors in the field.
Audits and Reporting: Support internal or external audits of information systems and regularly report the status of activities to the Monitoring and Assessment.
Candidate Profile and Required Requirements
Literary Qualifications: Complete high school completed. Presenting additional training in Statistics, IT, Health Information Management or related areas will be considered a strong competitive advantage.
Practical Experience: Minimum history of 1 to 2 years of work experience with data collection, insertion and management in healthcare projects, with preference for handling the DHIS2 system.
Skills Technological: Practical experience in collecting data from mobile devices (Tablets, Smartphones, etc.) and basic computer knowledge, including the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Differentiating Factor: Mastery and knowledge of the basic concepts of monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, commitment to quality, strict adherence to deadlines, excellent verbal and written communication, as well as discretion and respect for the confidentiality of information.
Availability and Residency: Total availability to undertake frequent field trips to supporting teams and obligation to live in Machaze.
