What you will do on a daily basis
As a Distribution Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that each delivery to the point of sale (POC) occurs within quality and safety standards. This means coordinating drivers and teams, resolving customer complaints quickly, and implementing corrective actions based on root cause analysis. In addition, you will have an active role in optimizing routes and delivery modes, directly contributing to the profitability of the operation.
Main responsibilities
Complaints management: Respond to and resolve customer complaints on a daily basis, carrying out root cause analyzes to avoid recurrences.
Team supervision: Ensure that drivers and helpers comply with unloading standards and maintain a professional image with customers.
Time compliance: Hold morning meetings before deliveries and control working hours within legal limits.
Service level: Negotiate and communicate Service Level Agreements (DSP) with the customer base, monitoring indicators such as SICs, OWDs and performance reports AB.
Coordination with planning: Maintain constant communication with central planning to adjust master data to customer needs.
Productivity: Conduct field coaching for drivers with MBFU deviations, refusals and OODD, and identify opportunities for more economical delivery modes.
Quality: Ensure all employees are aware of the process of complaints and that consumer complaints are handled according to the GOPs.
Capacity management: Establish SLAs with 2DCP to optimize daily occupancy and implement action plans to reduce denials.
Social support: Create routines with the customer experience team (CXC) to monitor performance and encourage learning multifunctional.
What profile we are looking for
The ideal candidate combines a strong customer orientation with the ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. Minimum requirements
3-year higher education (diploma or degree) in Logistics, Supply Chain or field similar.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service in the FMCG, logistics or supply chain sector.
Valid Code 08 driving license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with SAP will be considered an advantage.
