  • Provide administrative and executive support to the company's Administration and Management, ensuring the management of agendas, appointments, meetings and travel of executives.

  • Prepare, review and organize correspondence, reports, minutes and other administrative documents with rigor and confidentiality.

  • Prepare presentations, reports and support materials for meetings, ensuring that all necessary documentation is available and well structured.

  • Coordinate communication between the Administration and the different areas of the company, ensuring the flow of information and the fulfillment of assigned decisions and tasks.

  • Organize face-to-face and virtual meetings, including the preparation of rooms, equipment and supporting documentation.

  • Manage the physical and digital archive of institutional documentation, maintaining organization and accessibility.

  • Support institutional relationship activities with clients, partners and external entities, representing the company with professionalism.

The profile we are looking for

We are looking for a professional with higher education in Administration, Management, Executive Secretariat, International Relations, Communication or related areas, and with at least 3 years of proven experience in executive, administrative or secretarial support functions. Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory, as the position requires communication with international partners. In addition, we value:

  • Advanced command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience in preparing and managing corporate documents.

  • Knowledge of document management and physical and digital files.

  • Proven ability to write minutes, reports, letters, memos and institutional correspondence with clarity and precision.

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills interpersonal, with a professional and ethical attitude.

  • High sense of responsibility, confidentiality and attention to detail.

  • Proactivity, dynamism, autonomy and ability to work under pressure, meeting strict deadlines.

  • Ease of coordinating and monitoring executive activities, with good ability to solve problems and take initiative.

  • Knowledge of business protocols and institutional relationships (advantage).
