Purpose and Description of Functions

The Finance Officer will be responsible for the rigorous management of the delegation's accounting activities. Your main responsibilities include:

• Payment Processing: Execute cash (cash) and bank payments (via online banking platforms or offline transfer methods) in accordance with internal policies.

• Liquidity Management: Monitor cash balances and prepare financing requests to ensure liquidity of the structure.

• Documentation Control: Review and validate all financial documentation before making any disbursements.

• Reconciliation and Closing: Support in the monthly closing processes, daily cash reconciliation and reconciliation of advances.

• Budget Monitoring: Monitor the execution of the budget, monitoring financial commitments and expenses, in addition to preparing financial reports.

• Filing and Auditing: Maintain electronic filing systems and financial records organized for audit and internal control purposes.

• Interdepartmental Support: Identify risks and propose process improvements, providing financial guidance to other departments.

Candidate Profile and Requirements Admission

• Academic Qualification: University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar positions.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, entry-level bookkeeping folded and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Languages: Excellent command of English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
