What the role involves

The Head of Technical Services will be the leader responsible for ensure that the m-Mola platform operates with maximum availability, performance and quality. This means coordinating technical teams, supervising maintenance, managing improvement projects and ensuring that all critical systems are always operational. Among the main responsibilities are:

  • Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of technical services, ensuring the reliability of infrastructures, equipment and systems.

  • Ensure the correct implementation of policies, standards and technical procedures, maintaining the required quality standards.

  • Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring operational continuity without interruptions.

  • Lead projects technicians — from installations to repairs and improvements — meeting deadlines, costs and requirements.

  • Prepare periodic performance reports, analyze operational indicators and propose continuous improvement actions.

  • Provide technical support to other areas of the company, contributing to the rapid resolution of problems and process efficiency.

Each technical decision will have a direct impact on customer trust and the brand’s reputation. What profile makes sense

Movitel is looking for a professional with solid training and practical experience in technical leadership. The requirements are:

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering or a similar field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical or operational areas, with at least 2 years in supervisory or leadership roles.

  • Robust knowledge in maintenance, equipment management, technical planning and operations.

  • Proven experience in coordination of technical teams and management of maintenance and support.

  • Ability to analyze performance indicators and produce clear and actionable technical reports.

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities and resolve technical problems efficiently.

  • Fluency in English (oral and written) for technical communication and documentation.

  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, problem solving, management skills teams and decision making.
