What you will do
As an HST Technician, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and promoting the best Occupational Hygiene, Safety and Health practices, ensuring strict compliance with applicable legislation and strengthening the company's safety culture company.
Implementation and monitoring of safety plans, procedures and internal standards.
Regular inspections and audits of workplaces, identifying risks and proposing corrective measures.
Training and raising awareness of employees on good health and safety practices.
Investigation of incidentsand accidents at work, with the preparation of reports and recommendations.
Management of legal and technical documentationrelated to HST.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a professional with solid training in the area and practical experience in an industrial or civil construction context, capable of acting with autonomy and a preventive vision.
Training in Hygiene, Safety and Occupational Health or similar field.
Experienceminimum of 2 to 3 years in HST functions, preferably in scaffolding, construction or industrial environments.
In-depth knowledge of Mozambican occupational safety legislation.
Communication and leadership skills to promote a culture of safety security.
Availability for in-person work in Tete.
