Responsibilities and What to Expect from the Internship

The Human Resources Intern will work in direct support of the consultancy's daily activities, having the opportunity to develop in areas such as:

  • Support in recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, scheduling interviews and contact with candidates).

  • Organization, classification and digital archiving of employee files and professional profiles.

  • Administrative support in the preparation of internal documents, attendance sheets and basic control of HR routines.

  • Handling office tools to feed the consultancy's internal databases.

  • Active participation in training, team meetings and organizational dynamics developed by the company.

Ideal Profile and Required Requirements

Academic Qualifications and Training:

  • Education: Technical, Secondary Level Training or attendance/completion of a professional course in the area of Human Resources (completed or in course).

Technical and General Skills:

  • Skills and practical knowledge in handling Microsoft Tools (especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word).

  • Age Range: Age strictly between 21 and 27 years.

  • Location: Fixed residence in the City or Province of Maputo, Mozambique.

  • Evident passion for the area of People Management, proactivity, desire to learn and good interpersonal communication skills.
