Main Responsibilities and Lines of Action

The selected Promoters will have the autonomy to develop their market strategies, assuming the following functions:

  • Commercial Prospecting: Identify, approach and attract new clients (individuals and SMEs), presenting the company's portfolio of insurance solutions broker.

  • Risk Consulting: Assess the profile and needs of clients to recommend the most appropriate coverage in the Life (health, pension, funeral) and Non-Life (automobile, multi-risk housing, business, civil liability) lines.

  • Portfolio Management: Monitor customers from the quotation phase to the issuance of the policy, providing continuous support to ensure loyalty and renewal of contracts.

  • Meeting Goals: Act in a focused manner in achieving and exceeding commercial objectives and sales targets agreed with Allsure Risk coordination.

Candidate Profile and Admission Requirements

Educational Qualifications and Commercial Profile:

  • Essential: 12th grade complete (General or Technical Education).

  • Advantage Factor: Previous practical experience in direct sales functions, product promotion, customer service, network marketing or commercial areas.

Skills and Attributes Personal:

  • Excellent qualities of verbal communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Entrepreneurial Attitude: Ability to work with total autonomy, proactivity and without the need for constant supervision.

  • Resilience and strong orientation towards achieving goals and focus on results-based remuneration (commissions).

  • Organizational capacity to manage in a structured way your own contact base and customer portfolio.
