ASMOG, a non-profit community-based association, based on Ibo Island, in the Province of Cabo Delgado, announced the opening of the selection process for the hiring of an IT, Communication and Image Officer. In view of the expansion of its operations, institutional growth, implementation of projects in multiple provinces and the preparation of the celebrations of its 10 years of existence, the organization seeks to strengthen its capacity in the areas of Information Technologies, Institutional Communication, Knowledge Management and Visibility.

The position will be based in the City of Maputo, operating under a remote work regime, scheduled to begin on July 1, 2026 and for an initial duration of six (6) months, with the possibility of renewal. Scope and Objectives of the Function

The selected Officer will report directly to the General Coordinator and will be largely responsible for ensuring the integrated management of technological systems, communication and strengthening the organization's presence, encompassing:

• Technological Management: Administer and monitor systems IT systems, ensuring the operational continuity and digital security of the association's teams.

• Institutional Communication: Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies that consolidate ASMOG's brand and values.

• Content Production: Create visibility materials, reports and image content for digital platforms and awareness campaigns.

• Program Management Knowledge: Organize and document the learning, impacts and achievements of projects implemented in communities.
