M-Mola, S.A., a Mozambican company of reference in the telecommunications sector, is recruiting three IT Infrastructure Technicians to join its Technical Services Department, in Maputo. Perform preventive maintenance: backups, patches, updates and security checks;
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect systems, networks and data;
Perform security audits and risk assessments, proposing corrective measures;
Create and update technical documentation: configurations, inventories, SOPs and security records services;
Support capacity planning and future infrastructure needs;
Coordinate with other IT teams and departments to ensure integration and continuity of services;
Provide technical support and guidance to users and colleagues.
The profile we are looking for
We are looking for professionals with higher education in IT, IT, Engineering IT or related areas (completed or ongoing) and at least 2 years of proven experience in IT. It is essential to have certification or equivalent knowledge in CCNA Exploration / Network Fundamentals, proficiency in Linux, MySQL and Oracle, and practical experience in designing, implementing and maintaining IT infrastructures.
We value solid knowledge in networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), virtualization, monitoring tools and good cybersecurity practices. If you have certifications such as CCNA or Linux, it will be a competitive advantage. We are looking for people who are proactive, disciplined, responsible and with a genuine desire to learn. The ability to communicate in English is a plus.
