• Technical support to users on hardware, software and internal systems, resolving incidents quickly and with empathy;

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, printers and other IT equipment, ensuring that they are always operational;

• Monitoring continuous operation of systems, ensuring optimal availability and performance;

• Administration of user accounts, permissions and access to systems, with a focus on security and efficiency;

• Support in the management and maintenance of computer networks, including connectivity and fault resolution;
