What we expect from you

As a Kitchen Assistant, your daily life will be dynamic and essential for the proper functioning of the restaurant. Among the main responsibilities, the following stand out:

• Support with the preparation of ingredients and mise en place, ensuring that everything is ready for the busiest moments.

• Collaborate in the cleaning and organization of the kitchen, following hygiene and food safety standards.

• Ensure that utensils and equipment are kept in good condition and correctly arranged.

• Work in harmony with the team kitchen, contributing to a productive and respectful environment.

The profile we are looking for

To be successful in this role, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• Complete secondary education – minimum qualification required.

• Proven experience in the kitchen – we value those who already know the routine of a professional kitchen and know how to deal with the pace accelerated.

• Ease of communication – essential for coordinating tasks and keeping the team aligned.

• Good teamwork skills – no one works alone in a kitchen; collaboration is the basis of the service.

• Punctuality and responsibility – the kitchen cannot wait; every minute counts.
