What the role involves
As a Labor Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and promoting an organizational culture fair, respectful, diverse and high-performance. Your work will ensure that Letshego is always well equipped with labor relations resources, aligning internal practices with the bank's strategy, national laws and ILO standards.
Main responsibilities
Coordinate disciplinary processes in partnership with the Risk Department, the Disciplinary Committee and area managers.
Contribute to the strategic development of the Human Resources function, creating a management strategy progressive and business-focused employee relations.
Initiate and recommend Labor Relations policies and procedures that ensure cordial relations and compliance with labor legislation.
Monitor the organizational climate through quarterly surveys and site visits, identifying areas of potential disputes and grievances.
Advise managers and employees on labor issues, promoting fair practices and transparent.

What profile makes sense
We are looking for a professional with a higher education degree in Law or a related field, and 2 to 4 years of experience in labor relations management or legal field. It is essential to have broad knowledge of Labor Relations processes and procedures, experience in leadership roles and the ability to collaborate in a pan-African environment.
Specific requirements
Degree in Law or related field.
Proven experience in labor relations and leadership.
In-depth knowledge of Mozambican labor legislation and practices ILO.
Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work in a team and collaborative mentality.
Availability for interprovincial mobility.
Unquestionable professional ethics.
