What will you do on a daily basis

As a Procurement Officer, You will be responsible for managing the entire cycle of purchasing goods and services, from requesting quotes to final delivery. Your main tasks include:

  • Execute acquisition processes aligned with the bank's internal policies;

  • Request and analyze quotations (RFQ) from qualified suppliers;

  • Prepare purchase orders (POs) and monitor each step until the materials are received;

  • Keep the supplier database always updated and organized;

  • Support in the evaluation of suppliers based on price, quality and deadline criteria;

  • Ensure strict compliance with procurement procedures and compliance standards;

  • Monitor contracts in force and verify compliance with agreed terms;

  • Prepare periodic purchasing reports for management.

What do you need to apply

FDH Bank values professionals with solid training and practical experience. The minimum requirements are:

  • Degree in Management, Logistics, Administration, Economics or related areas;

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing;

  • Basic knowledge of negotiation and supplier management;

  • Command of computer tools, especially Excel and ERP;

  • Understanding of procurement and internal control.
