What the role involves
As a Senior Electrical Craftsman, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of the factory's electrical systems, from preventative maintenance to correcting complex faults. Your main responsibilities include:
Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical systems, including motors, transformers, electrical panels, speed variators (VSD) and UPS systems.
Interpret electrical drawings and schematics to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently, minimizing downtime.
Lead small maintenance teams during shutdown activities, coordinating tasks and ensuring everyone's safety.
Participate in root cause analyzes (RCA) and propose improvement actions to eliminate recurring failures.
Record accurate historical information in the maintenance documentation system, ensuring traceability and supporting future renewals.
Share knowledge with junior craftsmen, promoting the technical development of the team.
Contribute to the identification of hazards and risk assessments, strictly complying with Occupational Health and Safety procedures.

Your action will be crucial to the stability and sustainability of the Temane unit. By ensuring the operability of electrical equipment, you will directly support the production and safety of the plant. What profile makes sense
To be successful in this role, it is essential to have solid technical training and proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance. The minimum requirements are:
Intermediate Technical Level in Electrical Studies (Diploma from the Industrial Institute in Electrical) or equivalent NQF in the area.
Between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or factory environment.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (technical and conversational), to communicate with teams multidisciplinary skills and access technical documentation.
Mozambican nationality.
In addition, the ability to lead teams, safety orientation and the willingness to share knowledge are valued. If you identify with this profile, you are on the right path.
