PROGRESSO's general M&A structure, ensuring monitoring of goals, results and impact of the strategic plan and programs. You will lead institutional planning, provide information for project reports and write institutional reports. It will create or adjust monitoring instruments and mechanisms, train field teams and partners, and optimize data collection processes using ICT. You will also lead or commission research, promote organizational learning and ensure regular review of indicators for continuous improvement. It will be part of the cycle of periodic meetings for reflection, strategy testing and review of the theory of change.
Where work generates impact
Your performance will be central to the effectiveness of PROGRESSO programs, from conception to impact assessment. You will work directly with field teams, implementation partners and management, ensuring that the data collected translates into informed decisions and organizational learning. Frequent travel to other provinces will allow a comprehensive view of operations and the adaptation of strategies to local realities.
What profile makes sense
We are looking for a professional with Master's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics or related areas and more than 7 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning. Experience with theory of change, results-based management, qualitative and quantitative research, and minimum of 5 years in NGOs is essential. Must have good communication in English (reading, speaking and writing), responsible attitude, ability to maintain confidentiality, attendance, punctuality, dedication, teamwork, organization, ease of communication and adaptation, and availability to travel.
