Main Job Responsibilities

The Service Supervisor II will assume technical and operational leadership of the subsurface in the well, being responsible for performing the following duties:

• Operational Coordination: Coordinate and supervise the work of Subsea Safety Systems (SSS) and an additional product service line (PSL) during well tests or other similar operations.

• Leadership and Mentoring: Direct the activities of service operators during assembly and disassembly (rig up/down) of equipment; Act as a dedicated mentor and assessor for junior SSS personnel.

• Calculations and Planning: Perform operational calculations required for well work, including downhole hydraulics, well parameters and basic reservoir characteristics (BHP, BHT and hydrocarbons).

• Management Equipment: Coordinate the cleaning, repair and preparation of technological assets for subsequent work, mitigating risks and containing operational costs.

• Customer Relations and Sales: Ensure total customer satisfaction at the site of operations and identify consultative sales opportunities for other Halliburton products and services.

• HSE Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with safety standards Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), mitigating specific hazards in remote or offshore environments.

Candidate Profile and Admission Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or similar technical training associated with robust practical skills.

• Minimum Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Specialist II – SSS; or

  • Advanced Technical Skills: Detailed knowledge of the operation of Blowout Prevention Systems (BOP), applied hydraulics, Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards and completion of leadership/supervision training.

  • Behavioral Skills: Excellent decision-making ability under adverse conditions, time management, positive conflict control, team influence and clear communication for knowledge transfer in complex locations.

  • Differential: Commercial vehicle driving license may be required depending on the local logistical scope.
