Main Responsibilities of the Role

The Warehouse Manager will assume full management of daily operations, ensuring compliance with productivity, safety and quality goals:

• Flow Management: Plan, coordinate and supervise all stages of reception, storage, internal movement and dispatch of goods.

• Precision Control: Supervise the entry and exit of goods, as well as the order picking processes (order picking), minimizing stock damage and shipping failures.

• Stock Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of physical and systemic inventory by carrying out regular cyclic counts and alignment of data.

• Continuous Improvement and Organization: Implement and improve storage processes, ensuring high standards of security, asset protection and the 5S organization methodology.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels to prevent breakages or excess stock, ensuring punctual deliveries to customers and evaluating the performance of dispatches.

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop a high-performance team, promoting a culture of mutual responsibility.

Candidate Profile and Admission Requirements

• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Supplies (Supply Chain), Technical Area or related areas (equivalent professional experience will be considered).

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in warehouses or complex industrial environments.

• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics processes integrated; proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Language Skills: Strong communication skills in the English language (written and verbal), essential for alignment with global corporate teams.

• Behavioral Attributes: Proactive mindset, focused on results, excellent problem-solving skills, organization, in addition to a natural aptitude for leading, engaging and motivating employees.
