Main Job Responsibilities

The Motorcycle Driver will play a dynamic role in supporting the company's daily operations, assuming the following tasks:

• Transportation and Distribution: Carry out the safe transportation of employees, institutional documents, invoices and small volumes of materials using the motorcycle corporate.

• Deadline Compliance: Ensure that deliveries and collections of documents are carried out strictly within the established times and deadlines.

• Inspection and Preventative Maintenance: Carry out daily pre-trip checks on the motorcycle (oil level, brakes, tires, lights and fuel) and immediately report any mechanical anomaly to the supervisor.

• Asset Conservation: Ensure the cleanliness, conservation, tidiness and general good use of the motorcycle and personal protective equipment (helmet, vest).

• Road Safety: Strictly comply with the Highway Code and internal Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) procedures.

• Registration Operational: Maintain accurate completion of travel records, routes and mileage control whenever requested by management.

Candidate Profile and Admission Requirements

• Legal Qualification: Valid driving license for motorcycles (mandatory and eliminatory factor).

• Experience Professional: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a motorcycle driver or courier in a corporate/business environment.

• Academic Qualifications: Complete secondary education (preferred).

• Geographical Knowledge: Solid command of the routes, avenues, neighborhoods and shortcuts in the City of Maputo and its surroundings (will be an advantage competitive).

• Personal Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, strict punctuality, excellent professional attitude, honesty in handling confidential documents and good interpersonal communication.
