Main Job Responsibilities
The Sales Promoter will have an active role on the commercial front line, with the following duties:
Product Promotion: Demonstrate and present the range of Mistolin products to customers at the point of sale, highlighting their benefits and uses and distinctive characteristics.
Stock Management and Merchandising: Ensure visual organization and adequate replacement of products on shelves. Monitor stock levels, expiration dates and the general condition of packaging.
Customer Relationship: Clarify doubts, provide detailed information about products and support the consumer in resolving everyday problems.
Market Intelligence: Observe, analyze and report to leadership the direct actions of the competition, including price fluctuations, promotional campaigns and new marketing strategies marketing.
Campaign Execution: Actively implement promotional campaigns and commercial dynamics designed for the point of sale.
Data Collection: Collect and report quantitative sales data, qualitative customer feedback and relevant market information for performance analysis.
Candidate Profile and Job Requirements Admission
Literary Qualifications: Completed secondary education. Additional courses in sales, marketing, customer service or related areas will be valued as an advantage.
Professional Experience: Previous experience in direct sales, customer service or promotion of fast-moving consumer products (FMCG) is preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of merchandising techniques and organization of shelves.
Personal Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong results orientation, ease in interacting with the public, discipline to work independently and team spirit to achieve common goals.
