What this role involves
As an Account Developer, your main responsibility will be to manage the assigned territory commercially, track field performance, and ensure strong execution of brand initiatives. The goal is to increase sales, strengthen market presence, and maintain consistent execution standards across customer accounts.
Deliver sales targets and grow market share
Build strong, long-term commercial relationships with customers
Ensure correct execution of promotions and trade marketing activities
Use digital tools for order placement, performance tracking, and market visibility

Monitor equipment placement, stock rotation, and compliance with commercial policies
