Headquartered in Matola with strategic branches in the center and north of the country, we are looking for an outstanding professional to lead our branch in the vibrant city ofNampula.

The Challenge

As Administrative & Sales Manager, you will be the face of Óleos Moçambique in the northern region, responsible for driving B2B sales, managing the local team, and ensuring the operational excellence of the branch. Reporting directly to senior management, you will have the autonomy to make strategic decisions that directly impact results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales and administration team at the Nampula branch, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve revenue targets, with a focus on B2B clients in the lubricants, parts, and industrial equipment sectors.
  • Manage the branch budget, control stock levels, and ensure the efficiency of administrative processes.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and meetings with strategic partners in the northern region.
  • Report performance indicators to headquarters, proposing continuous improvements.

Ideal Profile

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in commercial and/or administrative management roles.
  • Experience in B2B sales is a valued differentiator.
  • Knowledge of the lubricants, automotive parts, or industrial equipment sector is an added advantage.

Technical and Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and knowledge of English (technical and commercial).
  • Valid driver's license and availability to travel within the northern region.
  • Residence in Nampula or immediate availability to relocate to the city.
