Your Detailed Responsibilities

• In-Depth Analysis and Measurement: Interpret and analyze architectural and engineering projects with a critical eye to prepare detailed measurements of structures, finishes, technical installations and exterior works. Each measurement must be a faithful representation of the construction reality.
• Excellent Budget Preparation: Create quantity maps and cost estimates that are not just numbers, but strategic decision tools. It will include the preparation of solid commercial proposals and all supporting documentation necessary for participation in public and private tenders.
• Supplier Management and Price Bases: Be the focal point for requesting, analyzing and comparing prices in the local market. Maintain and update internal databases and prices systematically, ensuring that the company always has access to the best conditions and updated information.
• Construction Control and Monitoring: Actively support construction managers in financial control, carrying out periodic measurements that allow the initial budget to be compared with actual costs. Identifying and reporting possible deviations in a timely manner is crucial to the financial health of the project.
• Reporting and Technical Coordination: Prepare clear and objective budgetary and technical reports. Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals and ensure exemplary organization of all documentation. Mandatory Requirements and Proven Experience

• Technical Training: Have a secondary technician degree in Civil Construction or a similar area that provides a solid base of technical knowledge.
• Practical Experience: Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of specific experience in the area of ​​measurement and budgeting in works. Proven experience in residential, commercial and public construction projects is essential to understand the diversity of challenges.
• Mastery of Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a non-negotiable requirement, being the main tool for modeling and analysis. Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit will be considered a significant advantage, allowing a more direct reading of projects.
• Market Knowledge: Have accurate knowledge of local price bases and the supplier network in Mozambique.
