GRUPO PACO Local Content and Procurement is hiring a Business Development professional for Matola. This is an opportunity for someone who knows how to turn contacts, conversations, and opportunities into strong commercial relationships, supporting the company’s growth across new markets and sectors. The role is well suited to candidates with commercial acumen, initiative, and a natural ability to build bridges with clients and partners.
What this role involves
Day to day, the focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and strengthening PACO’s presence with strategic clients and partners, both locally and internationally. The role calls for strong commercial presence, solid coordination skills, and close follow-through on ongoing initiatives.
Identify business opportunities aligned with the company’s areas of activity
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with local and international organizations
Initiate contact with prospective clients and partners
Schedule, prepare, and support business meetings
Contribute to PACO’s expansion into new markets and sectors
