In this role, you will be the chief architect of card operations. His core mission is to lead a dedicated team, driving the delivery of digitalized and simplified solutions that dramatically elevate the customer experience. - Ensure transparency and dissemination of performance data by publishing and distributing measurement tools to all relevant stakeholders.
3. Budget, Acquisition and Incentives
- Collaborate with IT to develop performance management metrics focused on cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.
- Design an incentive scheme for the back-office that is simultaneously risk-measured, customer-centric and ambitious, aligning the team's interests with the organization's objectives.
4. Management of Relationships with Clients and Peers

- Plan resource requirements for the business unit — people, capex, opex, systems and strategic investments — negotiating and guaranteeing their allocation based on promises of business results.
- Agree objectives and take responsibility for achievingthe unit's performance goals, in terms of employee satisfaction, customer experience and cost performance.
