The Impact of Your Role

As a Corporate Banking Client Manager, your main mission will be to develop and nurture strategic relationships with a portfolio of clients in the corporate segment. You won't just be a point of contact; You will be a business partner, a financial strategist and a trusted advisor. Your day to day work will be dedicated to promoting and marketing the Bank's full range of products and services, transforming opportunities into long-term partnerships that drive both the growth of the customer base and the overall profitability of the business.

Strategic Responsibilities

Its main duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maximize Profitability: Proactively identify and implement financial solutions that increase the value of customer accounts by cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Capture and Manage Deposits: Develop strategies to increase the volume of deposits in customer accounts, serving as a basis for foreign exchange (FX) operations and other high-value businesses.
  • Develop Banking Relationships: Identify, capture and develop new relationships with strategic business groups, expanding our presence in the corporate market.
  • Raise Investments and Credit: Closely monitor customers' financing needs, raising and structuring investments and medium and long-term credit facilities that align with their objectives.
  • Monitor Main Accounts: Carry out regular and detailed monitoring of each customer's main account, ensuring their satisfaction and anticipating future needs.

Formal and Technical Requirements

  • Academic Training: Degree in areas such as Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing or directly related fields.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Relationship Management, Marketing or Credit Analysis functions, preferably in the financial sector.

  • Master in Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage and expand a complex portfolio of clients, focusing on satisfaction and retention.
