Role overview

The Counter Sales Assistant will play a direct role in serving customers, selling products and services, and accurately recording transactions in the system. The role requires clear communication, a professional attitude, and the ability to guide customers on basic matters related to tyres, parts, batteries, and services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers in a friendly, clear, and professional manner.

• Sell products and services, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded in the system.

• Provide basic technical information on tyres, parts, batteries, and available services.

• Maintain accuracy in invoicing, cash handling, and control of counter operations.

• Keep the counter organised and support store tidiness and smooth day-to-day operations.

• Follow internal procedures, commercial policies, and company standards.

Profile requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Experience in customer service and sales.

• Previous experience in the automotive field will be an advantage.

• Basic computer skills, including POS, Excel, and invoicing systems.
