What you will do on a daily basis

As a Credit Sales Agent, you will be the face of Bambu Microcrédito to public employees. Your mission is to identify needs, present solutions, and close deals ethically and consultatively.

Main responsibilities

• Active client prospecting:Identify and approach eligible public employees for credit, using databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Product presentation:Clearly and transparently explain the conditions of each credit product, highlighting benefits and rates.
• Financial analysis:Assess each client's credit profile, ensuring that the proposed solutions are suitable for their repayment capacity.
• Negotiation:Conduct loan and financing negotiations, aligning expectations between client and company.
• Relationship management:Maintain close follow-up with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Meeting targets:Work with a focus on monthly sales targets, contributing to portfolio growth.

The profile we are looking for

We are looking for professionals with sales experience, preferably in the financial or services sector, and with knowledge of financial products. We value excellent communication, negotiation skills, and resilience to work under pressure.

Mandatory requirements

• Completed Secondary Education
• Sales experience (financial sector is a plus)
• Knowledge of financial products
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Own a personal smartphone
