About the Data Assistant Role

This includes ensuring timely database updates, performing data entry for master files and surveys, and generating lists from databases according to the clinical team's requests, always with efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely updates of the OpenMRS, DISA LINK, and/or I-DART database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, which is fundamental to our organization's success.

• Perform data entry for master files, surveys, viral load results, FSR, cards, CACUM files, TPT, and other files in OpenMRS, DISA LINK, and/or I-DART, with precision and efficiency, ensuring data quality.

• Generate lists from databases according to the clinical team's requests, providing essential support for informed and strategic decision-making, always with attention to detail.

• Perform data triangulation of data generated from SESP with clinical file data, registration books, and pharmacy dispensing data, ensuring data consistency and accuracy, which is crucial for our organization.

• Support the Clinical and M&A Focal Point in providing and organizing data for the TARV Committee, significantly contributing to improving health services and making a real difference in people's lives.
