Join the TotalEnergies HR team in Mozambique as a Talent Developer and lead talent development, internal mobility, and excellence in HR practices. In this strategic position, based in Erati, you will work closely with the HR and Administration Director and support managers across the organization to strengthen human capital and drive professional growth.

What the role involves
Employee development: Define individual development plans (IDPs) and recommend training, coaching, and assessment actions in partnership with managers.
Career counseling: Conduct career assessments regularly or upon request, guiding employees in their professional journey within the company.
Career transitions: Support employees at key moments, such as applying for positions, preparing resumes and cover letters, and readiness for interviews.
Internal mobility: Manage mobility processes with transparency, fairness, and alignment with business needs and diversity policies.
Recruitment and selection: Coordinate job postings and selection processes, contributing to staffing decisions.
Management support: Advise managers in their role as people developers, including people reviews, talent identification, and design of training plans.
Talent management: Identify high-potential employees and contribute to talent pools and succession plans.
HR Activities: Lead recruitment, from defining sourcing strategies to interviews and onboarding.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure implementation and compliance with HR policies, audits, governance standards, and employee relations.
Engagement: Promote HR initiatives and engagement actions, including internal events, surveys, and development programs.
The Profile We Are Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR operations (recruitment, training, organizational development).
Technical Skills: Recruitment and sourcing strategies; HR development tools (training, assessments, talent reviews); knowledge of HR policies and processes.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and challenge stakeholders; team spirit and open-mindedness; strong organization and planning; autonomy.
Languages: Fluent English (mandatory).
Specific Knowledge: Understanding of HR practices, talent development, and organizational dynamics.
