The Daily Carrier is recruiting a Digital Sales Representative in Maputo.

Responsibilities

Convert online contacts into clients and ensure continuous relationship to generate recurring sales.

  • Online prospecting

  • Quick response and customer service

  • Qualification of clients (lead)

  • Presentation of the solution

  • Negotiation and closing

  • Follow-up (tracking)

  • Coordination with operations

  • Digital portfolio management

  • Daily report

Profile

  • Middle school or equivalent

  • Experience in online sales

  • Fluent in Portuguese, and good knowledge of English is an advantage

  • Domain of Technologies

  • Quick response time

  • Persuasive in written and verbal communication

  • Focused on conversion (not just customer service)

  • Organized with contacts and follow-ups

  • Persistent (tracks until closing)

  • Digital communication: Write clear and commercial messages on WhatsApp

  • Know how to adapt tone (formal with companies, simple with individuals)
