The General Director of Polana Serena Hotel is the central engine that coordinates and inspires the entire multidisciplinary team. Its primary mission is to ensure that all departments – from receptions and banquets to maintenance and financial management – operate in perfect harmony, as a single, powerful organization. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency that supports our reputation for excellence, whilst driving innovation and continuous improvement of services provided to our distinguished guests.

Your Essential Responsibilities
- Strategic Administration: Lead, manage and coordinate all operational and strategic activities of the hotel complex, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards.

The Profile of the Leader We Are Looking for
To take on this responsibility, we are looking for a professional with a proven track record of success in the hotel industry. It is essential that you have at least 5 years of solid experience in hotel management and administration positions, preferably in a luxury hotel or international resort environment. Experience in supervising large teams and large budgets is a key differentiator.
Fluency in the English language, both oral and written, is a non-negotiable requirement, given the international nature of our clientele and partners. We expect a profile with excellent leadership skills, persuasive communication and an analytical mindset oriented towards financial and operational results.
