About the Programme

The Tongaat Hulett Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate your career. As a participant, you will join multidisciplinary teams, contribute to real business challenges, and develop the technical and behavioural competencies that drive professional growth.

This edition focuses on two critical areas of the operation:ProcurementandHuman Capital. Graduates will have the opportunity to work side by side with experienced professionals, taking part in high-impact projects.

Areas of Focus

• Procurement:Purchasing management, supplier negotiation, supply chain optimisation, and input quality assurance.
• Human Capital:Recruitment and selection, performance management, organisational development, and benefits administration.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking candidates who have completed a degree in one of the following areas:

• Bachelor's degree inProcurement and Logistics Management, Business Administration and Management, or related fields (for Procurement).
• Bachelor's degree inHuman Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields (for Human Capital).
• Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
