INTERNSHIP Vacancy – Commercial and Logistics Assistant

Role overview

Main responsibilities

• Support administrative and operational activities in the commercial and logistics areas.

• Organize information, documents, and records relevant to monitoring operations.

• Use tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM, inventory systems, and other management solutions to support daily work.

• Contribute to process control, data updates, and task follow-up within defined deadlines.

• Work in coordination with the team, ensuring good communication and smooth execution of activities under your responsibility.

Desired profile

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Management, or similar fields. It is important to have proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with CRM, inventory systems, and other management tools. Candidates with strong organizational skills, clear communication, time management, and the ability to work well in a team are valued. Fluency in English is an advantage.
