The Health Collaboration Center (CCS), as the designated EPC contractor for the monumental Mozambique Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Project, Mozambique Area 1, Lda (AMA1), is recruiting a Health Specialist IT for the Palma District, in the north of the country.

The Impact of the Function on the Field
The IT Specialist will be the central pillar of technological support in the operations of the project and the company. Its primary mission involves providing excellent technical support, managing critical infrastructures and ensuring the agile resolution of problems related to information systems.

Main Technical Responsibilities
The IT Specialist's role takes place in a dynamic ecosystem, where resilience and technical readiness are tested daily. Your responsibilities will include the precautionary management of the entire technological infrastructure of the camp and construction sites.
Systems Management and Multilevel Support
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support, ensuring a quick and effective response to the needs of employees on the ground.
- Systematically manage incidents and requests for assistance, prioritizing resolutions that minimize downtime. downtime of production teams.
- Install, configure and rigorously maintain all IT equipment, from workstations to local support servers.
Network and Telecommunications Infrastructure
- Proactively monitor network and systems performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing continuous optimizations.
- Provide specialized technical support to telecommunications systems, including critical fiber optic connections and microwave.
- Implement, optimize and maintain high-capacity Wi-Fi networks, essential for the mobility of teams in the field.
- Manage and supervise VHF radio networks, vital for communication in remote and difficult-to-access environments.
Asset Management, Compliance and Coordination
- Strategically coordinate with external suppliers and service providers, ensuring that SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are strictly met.
- Maintain an updated, transparent and auditable inventory of IT assets, controlling the life cycle of hardware and software.
- Logistically support project mobilization and demobilization activities, ensuring that technology follows the movement of teams.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and support documentation, creating a solid knowledge base for the organization.
- Ensure strict compliance with the company's IT standards and the rigorous cybersecurity policies in force in the sector.

Academic and Technical Requirements
- Degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Telecommunications or strictly related training field.
- Experience proven experience of at least 5 years in roles of similar complexity, ideally in high-pressure environments.
- Technical certifications highly preferred, with a special focus on Microsoft Certified M365 and Azure.
- Robust and demonstrable experience in IT asset management, coordination of suppliers and technology service providers.
Operational Experience Preferred
In addition to basic technical skills, we deeply value candidates who bring previous experience in large industrial projects. Previous contact with construction sites, oil and gas industries, mining or remote camp environments will be a very strong competitive advantage.
