Detailed responsibilities
Talent and Succession Management
- Coordinate development processes talent review and succession across the organization.
- Monitor succession pipelines and support the identification of potential future leaders.
- Ensure that succession frameworks are updated and aligned with business strategy.
Leadership Development
- Support the design, execution and evaluation of leadership programs and internal academies.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for emerging leaders and seniors.
- Evaluate the impact of development programs and propose continuous improvements.
Talent Consulting
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and HR partners on talent and development issues.
- Provide guidance on individual development plans, internal mobility and talent retention.
- Participate in business meetings to align people strategies with objectives
Analytics and Reporting
- Analyze talent and learning data to identify trends and gaps.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for executive committees, with actionable recommendations.
- Use People Analytics tools to support data-driven decision making.
Governance and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with talent management standards and development.
- Manage risks associated with talent processes and maintain auditable documentation.
- Ensure talent practices are in line with labor regulations and internal policies.
Program Management
- Coordinate strategic leadership, learning and talent initiatives.
- Manage external suppliers and partners to deliver development programs.
- Monitor budgets and schedules, reporting progress stakeholders.
The ideal profile
We are looking for a professional with a higher degree in Education, Training and Development (required) and proven experience in talent management, leadership development or related areas. It is essential to have knowledge of talent analysis and reporting tools, as well as the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Portuguese and English is an important differentiator.
