Main Objective of the Function

The central objective of this role is to ensure maximum product availability and quality through continuous maintenance, repair and optimization of machines and associated devices. The specialist must ensure that these operations occur at the lowest possible cost, without ever compromising the company's rigorous quality and safety standards. It will be the fundamental link between engineering and production, translating technical data into robust operational solutions.

Main Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be comprehensive and impactful, covering critical areas of industrial maintenance:

• Specialized Technical Support: Provide advice and advanced training to shift teams in machine operation, promoting effective knowledge transfer and increasing team autonomy.
• Complex Problem Resolution: Act as a functional consultant in resolving failures at plant level and in specific areas, applying rigorous analysis methodologies to identify and correct the root cause.
• Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in optimization trials at regional and central level, contributing data and insights to improve global process efficiency.
• Mentoring and Talent Development: Monitor and develop process artisans, training them in the latest Standard Work Instructions (SWI) for machine assemblies and restorations, ensuring a highly qualified team.
• Planned Maintenance Management: Actively participate in planning meetings, ensuring that the maintenance backlog is managed efficiently and that all activities are carried out according to the schedule established by the planner.
• Predictive and Corrective Maintenance: Perform condition monitoring, lubrication and inspection tasks, and perform current repairs, always assessing the severity of the problem and escalating appropriately when necessary.
• Safety and Operational Excellence: Always operate safely, identifying unsafe practices and applying 5S principles to maintain an organized and efficient work environment. Ensure the correct administration and recording of all activities in the SAP system.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

To apply successfully, you must meet the following academic and experience requirements:

• Technical Training: Be a Workshop Assistant (Fitter) or Factory Assistant (Millwright) with professional certification.
• Basic Education: Completed high school with approval in Mathematics and Science.
• Higher Technical Qualification: Minimum N6 qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Production environment.
