This role is key to ensuring equipment has clearly defined maintenance plans, spare parts are available, and resources are in place for efficient execution. What the role involves

On a day-to-day basis, the Maintenance Planner will be responsible for organizing and tracking scheduled maintenance, ensuring work is prepared in advance, carried out as planned, and reviewed based on results. The role also includes budget control for the department, issuing work orders, tracking shutdowns, and monitoring intervention progress.

  • Manage the maintenance department budget and financial aspects;

  • Ensure the scheduled maintenance plan is delivered;

  • Plan, monitor, and review maintenance work, providing feedback on progress;

  • Raise work orders and track shutdowns and interventions;

  • Implement and maintain the maintenance planning system in COSWIN;

  • Manage, analyze, and update maintenance data and reports.

Beyond the planning component, the role requires supporting the team, helping resolve problems, and actively contributing to decision-making. Best-matched profile

The ideal profile combines strong technical foundations, organizational ability, and close execution follow-up. The company is looking for candidates with a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, previous experience in maintenance roles, and user-level IT proficiency. Functional English for the work environment will also be important.

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;

  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance roles;

  • User-level computer skills;

  • Acceptable level of English;

  • Efficiency, drive, and a strong sense of responsibility.
