SCV Consulting is recruiting, for a client in Maputo, a Marketing Assistant focused on operational and creative support for brand communication and promotion activities. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to work closely with content, campaigns, social media, and sales materials, contributing to a more consistent and relevant brand presence in the market.

What the role involves

On a day-to-day basis, this professional will support the production of content for different channels, including posts, copy, images, and short videos. They will also assist with promotional and advertising campaigns, support the management of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and help respond to client messages and comments.

The role also includes support in creating sales proposals, presentations, and content calendars, as well as participating in the organization of campaigns and other brand initiatives. It will also be important to monitor market trends and competitor activity in the transport sector.

Ideal profile

The client is looking for candidates with secondary or higher education in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or related fields. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, social media platforms, Canva, or other design tools are important.

Strong verbal and written communication, creativity, proactivity, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are valued. English will be an advantage. They are also looking for someone who works well in a team and has a genuine interest in continuous learning and professional development.

The vacancy indicates a preferred age range between 20 and 35 years.
