We are looking for candidates with experience in corporate client portfolio management, commercial follow-up, and service coordination, capable of maintaining a close, organized, and effective relationship with corporate clients.

Role overview

This position is focused on the operational and commercial management of the client portfolio, with an emphasis on updating critical information, continuously monitoring client needs, and coordinating with different internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery. The professional will play a central role in client relationship management, contributing to service quality, portfolio retention, and the improvement of related processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and update the client database, including commercial profiles, service contracts, addenda, and applicable policies.

  • Provide ongoing support to the client portfolio, ensuring close relationships and an appropriate response to identified needs.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with other departments to ensure service execution and delivery.

  • Provide customer support for inquiries, request follow-up, and subsidy management.

  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and propose improvements to service and relationship management processes.

  • Recommend updates to product policies and client relationship strategies based on hands-on experience and needs observed in the field.

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, or related fields.
