Civil Engineer (Roads) — 2 vacancies

Location: Sofala Province

This role is suited to professionals with experience in road projects and direct involvement in the supervision, construction, or rehabilitation of road infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in road projects;

• Experience in the supervision, construction, or rehabilitation of road infrastructure;

• Knowledge of applicable technical standards and quality control processes;

• Availability to work in Sofala Province.

Human Resources Officer — 1 vacancy

Location: Maputo

This position is intended for a professional with solid experience in people management, capable of supporting core Human Resources processes with accuracy, organization, and discretion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management;

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources;

• Knowledge of recruitment, performance management, and labor legislation;

• Strong communication skills, organized work habits, and the ability to handle confidential information.
