SLB is recruiting 1 Human Resources Intern for Maputo, in an on-site opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in people management within a global company. What this role involves

This internship supports employees and managers on core human resources matters, with exposure to processes that shape the employee experience and internal organization. On a day-to-day basis, the selected candidate will help manage communication with employees, track feedback, support policy interpretation, and assist in the implementation of HR tools and processes.

  • Support employees through regular interaction and feedback collection.
